A handmade spatula, made from Beech and oiled with a food safe finish. The spatula sits comfortably in your hand and is light weight and smooth to the touch. As beech is a tight grained wood, oils and other cooking liquids won't be absorbed. 
 
To clean the spatula, use a damp cloth to wipe over the surface - don't submerse in water.
